First things first, we’re on a mission to bring millions of homes into community ownership.

So, what’s been happening?

It’s been a whirlwind first month for us - creating new app features and speaking to as many tenants as possible.

Since our launch we’ve been inundated with rental horror stories

‘I have to wear jumpers to bed because I’m so freezing’

‘I had to live with a stranger in a 1 bed flat.’

‘My rent had a 100% increase’

‘My family are all on inhalers, because the mould is so bad’

It’s clear to see - our rental market is broken and landlords are never going to fix it. Only mass community ownership can solve our housing crisis.

Rest assured, we see you, we hear you and we’re on the case. Roost is building the tools to setup, finance and manage new housing co-ops. We’re growing something new - a genuine alternative to paying someone else’s mortgage. 🏡
