That’s where our tech comes in. We have built our first tool - it’s going to help anyone on our waiting list find suitable homes, at the right monthly budget.

This tool, paired with financial backing from non-profits and impact investors, will allow you to become a co-op faster. But we need your help to launch it.

We need funds to share our technology and scale nationally. If you help us reach our target, we will be able to:

• Launch the first Roost tool - it’ll ensure members on our waiting list can find suitable homes on their phone.

• Anything raised over the target will go towards hiring someone to help us chat to more of our waiting list and chase estate agents on the phone - so we can get more homes into community ownership, faster
